Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TakeASim, we aim to ensure a seamless connectivity experience. Since we provide digital eSIM profiles that are consumed upon activation, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the customer and the service provider.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Non-Activated eSIMs: If you have purchased an eSIM but have NOT scanned the QR code or installed the profile, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Technical Issues: If the eSIM fails to provide connectivity due to a verifiable technical issue on our end or our network partners, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours, a full or partial refund will be issued.
Note: Our policy offers a 14-day full refund for any non-activated eSIM profiles (QR code not scanned/installed). Additionally, we provide full refunds for any technical connectivity issues that cannot be resolved by our 24/7 technical support team. Once a profile is activated and data is consumed, it is generally non-refundable unless a technical fault is proven. This ensures a fair balance between customer satisfaction and digital asset protection.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- If the eSIM has been successfully installed and data has been consumed.
- If the customer provides an incorrect device (e.g., a device that is not eSIM compatible or is carrier-locked).
- If the customer deletes the eSIM profile after successful installation.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. For technical claims, screenshots of your device settings may be required to verify the fault.
